Account registration is not mandatory as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. But you will require to manually enter your address and payment information if you opted Guest Checkout and your details will not be saved for future reference/transaction.

Although, if you registered an account, it will allow you to save your address details and selected payment method for fast and speedy future order/transactions and further your order history will be saved for future reference.  Furthermore, you will be entitled for our seasonal promotional benefits to our registered customer.

We accept the following Payment Methods:
  • Credit card/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express): Transaction fee of 2% – 4%.
  • PayPal: Transaction fee of 3,5%.
  • Bank Transfer: Transfer fee as per Customer’s Bank Schedule.

We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. We ship most of the item through FAST courier services such as DHL, TNT, and FEDEX & SKY NET etc. For more details see our Shipping and Delivery page

Your order will be delivered withing (7 to 10) working days and it’s including manufacturing and dispatch period/time. We’ll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name & tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website. Please be noted that during the peak sale period delivery may take longer, but we will keep you updated about your Product delivery in every phase/stage and committed to dispatch your order within stipulated time.

Buyers/Customers are responsible for any taxes or import duties in their countries.

Our hassle-free return policy is part of our commitment for utmost Customer Satisfaction.

We accept If your delivered product is damaged, defective (Color faded or not matching your order Color Scheme etc.,), inaccurate Size (not as being ordered), or Item generally doesn’t match Specification of the product which you ordered.


Please file a return request on our website/selling platform within 5 days after the Parcel has been delivered and Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

The Return Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.

Buyers will be reimbursed in the same method of payment used to pay for the item.

We do not encourage the Change of Minds. If the delivered item(s) is same as being ordered, but customer willing for exchange or refund, it will be sole discretion of Jacklets to entertain Customer query but in that case, the Customer will bare Logistic, handling, store charges or other Charges/taxes/fee as applicable.  For more information, see our Return Policy available at our web-page.
